All our services are tailored to each Service User’s individual needs and are available on a flexible basis for example 15 minute pop in, half hour visits, hour visits, longer sit-in services, waking watches, 365 days a year

At Community Care Team, we are very selective over who we recruit. Our Manager has almost 20 years experience in care and care management and has an NVQ Level 4 in Care Management.

We are very flexible to your individual needs, and part of our service is to carry out a joint assessment of your particular circumstances, together with any relatives or other professionals involved.
